Windows 98 and Modems Suck.

All of you still using windows 9x and dialup need to UPGRADE NOW. Windows 9x pretty much sucked when it was new and now its almost 10 years old. I know money is an issue for some people, but why keep paying people to put this junk back together. If you spent a little money upfront you'd save in the long run. Also dialup internet is useless period. I am very serous when I say that if dialup was the only internet I could get, I'd sell my computers and buy a plasma TV.

Why people hate politicians

Rep. William Jefferson, D-La kicked off his campaign for President last week. Five days after Katrina smashed New Orleans, while his constituents are drowning and being shot at by looters, he ordered the National Guard to drive him to his house, so that he can rescue his personal belongings. He also attempted to commondeer a rescue helicopter at some point in this bizarre plan for world domination. We can only assume he was attempting to save nation treasures and the FEMA plans for natural disasters. As with all stories like this Jefferson people claim no wrong doing, they claim that the National Guard was actually helping his neighbors.

The one up side to this story is, I doubt there are enough people left in New Orleans to reelect him. I am sure we'll be tortured by this in the news for a few months

Viair 380c & UPS

Today I shipped my compressor for my car back to airlift. The damn thing decided to start blowing fuses for no reason. Seems like its getting to damn hot but who knows. Airlift says they only have had 8 of these go bad this year, so that shows your my luck. I've read that UPS uped their prices since the gas prices have skyrocketed. But it was only $8 bucks to ship so I was happy about that. So basically my car is sitting in the rocks for a week, since its hard to lift off with no air. But that will give me time to install my subs and amps, which I've never installed due to, not wanting to take my car off the road for a week while I build custom boxes. If I get anything noteworthy done I will post some pics.

Abit IC7

I've just ordered a new motherboard for my computer. I've got a P4 HT 2.8, I sold my old mother board to a customer that needed a replacement in a hurry, so I got to go shopping this weekend. Looks like IC7 was the winner, even though it seems to have some problems with the microphone jack, But I don't use that much anyway. But it got ordered today from newegg, so hopefully I'll get it tomorrow and be able to post a review for it.

Ok, I am going to start posting here because I am actually too lazy to finish my own website. So The first thing I am going to post is some pics of my car. I've been working on it for just over a year, now that most of the summer is over and my compressor took a shit. I am preparing for a full overhaul of it for next show season. The interior will be finished. Some super secret body work and body mods will follow after that.
